I. ASTM D1831 Lubricating Grease Roll Stability Tester
When operating this Roll Stability Test Apparatus,using certain quantity sample working on roll test machine under room temperature,after 2 hours,measure the penetration of lubricating grease before and after test.This apparatus is suitable to determine the changes in the consistency of lubricating grease when worked in the roll stability test apparatus,and judge the mechanical shear stability of lubricating grease.
II.Main technical characteristics
1. The Roll Stability Test Apparatus provides Stainless steel roller Φ90×180mm 5kg.
2.. Idle pulley has locating ring to control the normal working of roller.
3. Driving motor is installed to keep rotating speed 155~180r/min.
4. Roller is drove by belt.
5. Mic-computer temperature controller,digital display,accuracy ±5ºC,Pt 100 sensor.
6. Digital timer can record working time and it has buzzer siren.
7. The Roll Stability Test Instrument can test two rollers simultaneously.
8. There is a hole of thermometer on the cover,and temperature can be corrected by it.
